We want you in fits you love. If something isn't right, here's how returns work. Please read carefully — a few categories are final sale.

Return window Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (the window starts the day tracking shows "Delivered"). If your order arrives in multiple packages, the window starts from the final package's delivery date. Once your return is authorized, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Condition required To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• In their original garment packaging with the SKU label intact

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Final sale — not eligible for return For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Intimates & lingerie
• Jewelry
• Face masks
• Beauty & cosmetics (including opened cosmetics and fragrances)

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or the item arrived damaged or defective — in those cases, we cover it.

Non-refundable charges Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns that don't meet the criteria Returns that are submitted late, shipped back late, worn/washed, or missing tags or original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

How to start a return

1. Email business@gomiclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the issue.
3. We'll reply with a Return Authorization and the return address/instructions.
4. Do not ship anything back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing after the item is received, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. We'll email you once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at business@gomiclub.com with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
